Bizinso is hiring for UI/UX Designer Jobs in Mumbai (Goregaon, Hybrid). We are looking for a creative professional with strong expertise in Figma and Graphic Design who can transform ideas into intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups in Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to bring ideas to life.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply findings to enhance product designs.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all platforms and products.
- Design marketing collateral and graphics (banners, social media creatives, infographics, presentations, etc.).
- Maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, or Canva.
- Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work (must include Figma projects).
- Understanding of user-centred design principles and usability practices.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS (a plus, not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have (Preferred Skills)
- Experience with motion graphics/animations (After Effects or similar tools).
- Knowledge of prototyping tools (InVision, Marvel, or similar).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working with development teams.
- Exposure to branding and corporate identity design.
