Bizinso is looking for a highly organized and client-focused Key Account Manager to manage post-sales activities, customer relationships, project coordination, and ongoing client success initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in handling enterprise clients, managing software implementation coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build strong long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
- Conduct regular client meetings, follow-ups, governance calls, and status reviews
- Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and ownership
Post-Sales Account Management
- Manage complete post-sales engagement lifecycle
- Coordinate project onboarding, requirement discussions, and implementation planning
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery teams
- Track project progress, dependencies, timelines, and risks
Project Coordination & Delivery Alignment
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, designers, QA teams, and management
- Ensure deliverables are aligned with agreed scope and expectations
- Follow up on action items, blockers, and escalations
- Maintain project trackers, MOMs, reports, and governance documentation
Client Success & Retention
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling
- Understand client business challenges and suggest relevant solutions
- Ensure renewals, ongoing engagement continuity, and relationship strengthening
- Support long-term strategic partnerships with clients
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports
- Maintain clear documentation of discussions, requirements, and decisions
- Present updates professionally to management and clients
- Ensure internal and external communication discipline
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities

- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Good understanding of SDLC and software project workflows
- Experience in SaaS, ERP, CRM, enterprise software, or IT services environment preferred

- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup and growth environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Management, Engineering, or related field
